Returns Policy
We accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase.
If this timeframe has passed, we’re unfortunately unable to accept your return.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt.
We will also notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a set number of days.
Please note: We cannot accept substrates back for a refund.

Sale Items
Sale items cannot be returned.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items that are defective or damaged out of the box and covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
To request an exchange for the same item, email sales@maxgrow.uk and send your item to:

Shipping times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
If your item is worth more than £50, we recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
