    – MICRONUTRIENTS –Growing indoors organically can pose problems, not just from a lack of biology, but also from missing micronutrients. Micropower contains an array of essential micronutrients fortified with nitrogen, potassium, magnesium, and sulphur. This fertilizer blend is ideal for soilless and hydroponic growing. As part of a fertilizer program, MicroPower is suitable for all plants.Growing organically indoors can pose challenges not just from a lack of biology, but also from missing micronutrients. MicroPower provides a precise ratio of essential trace elements. This ratio is complemented by high levels of magnesium and sulphur to boost critical plant functions. Added potassium assists with overall plant health and crop ripening.Without true soil, no mineralization occurs. As such, growing crops in soilless media in greenhouses or indoor cultivation facilities guarantees that essential micronutrient inputs are required. MicroPower offers a balanced micronutrient solution for gardening in soilless media, thereby ensuring maximum growth throughout the crop lifecycle.Magnesium is at the core of photosynthesis, enhancing the metabolism of carbohydrates and promoting the synthesis of organic compounds within the plant. Added sulphur ensures peak production of essential oils, improving overall flavour and taste of harvested crops. For soilless media or water culture, use MicroPower throughout the cropping cycle.  For soil based applications consult a soil analysis to determine need for supplemental micronutrient applications.Application Rate:Soilless/Hydroponic systems: Seedlings/transplants: Mix 0.75 tsp. per gal. (1 mL per litre) of water. Vegetative/generative growth: Mix 1.5 tsp. per gal. (2 mL per litre) of water. Supplier source: https://erithhorticulture.com/product/organics-micropower-500ml/

    – ROOT DEVELOPMENT –Supporting root development is key to crop success. Root Force™ aids in providing optimal nutrient conditions for the development of important secondary root structures. These structures can improve nutrient uptake, support connections with mycorrhizae, and build stronger plants by contributing to a more robust root system. This formula can help provide a buffer against abiotic environmental pressure such as drought and under-watering, giving plants a chance to bounce back quicker from stressful conditions. Root Force™ is designed to support biology, especially bacteria. This product also supports fungi, as it aims to support roots without added phosphorus – an element that can inhibit the development of some mycorrhizae.Root Force™ provides key energy to help drive development of secondary roots and root hairs, which are important for nutrient absorption. During periods of abiotic stress, roots can die back. Root Force provides the nutrients that are necessary to build back new root tips more quickly. This rapid response to abiotic stress can make an immense difference at harvest. The root zone is the biological metropolis in soils, supporting abundant and diverse microbial populations in an otherwise desert landscape. A larger root system is not only more adept at absorbing nutrients, but supports a greater abundance of beneficial microbes. Mycorrhizae need to contact roots to form a bond – with increased root foraging, connections are made more rapidly and extensively. The non-phosphorus formula in Root Force benefits hyphal growth compared to high phosphorous root enhancers that suppress mycorrhizae. For best results, use Root Force at times of transplant and during periods of abiotic stress.  Root Force can be used 3-4 times a season, and should always be applied as a root drench.Application Rate: Apply weekly at 0.5 ml per 1 L. At transplant and under conditions of extreme stress, apply at 1 ml per 1 L. Always apply as a root drench.Supplier source: https://erithhorticulture.com/product/organics-root-force-500ml/

Used as an additive to compost and soils to improve aeration and drainage. It is inert, sterile and has a neutral pH. Made from natural rock that is crushed and heated to nearly 1000 degrees C. Perlite is a light, course growing medium that offers good aeration so roots can expand and grow easily.Min/Max granule size range for 90% of the product: 1-6mmUsePerlite has a few uses, but the main use is to mix it with your growing media, ie soil or a coco fibre. Mix to around 30% perlite for a light airy mix, this should make it easier for good root growth with the benefit of helping to resist compaction. Can be added to soil and coco for extra aerationCan be used in drip pots systems on its ownEnable roots to grow easierHelps with nutrient absorptionComes in 10L and 100L bagsSupplier source: https://erithhorticulture.com/product/perlite-100l/

Professional pH buffers for hydroponicspH meters must be regularly ‘calibrated’ (i.e. adjusted for accuracy) using standard pH buffer solutions which are made to an internationally agreed recipe:Flairform’s buffers are formulated with NIST* specified ingredients.Stabilised to resist algae or growth formation and provide exceptional shelf-life.Available in 250ml and 1L.It is essential to calibrate using at least TWO pH buffers. These need to differ in pH by at least three pH units over the pH range being used. For nutrient solutions, pH buffer 4.0 and 7.0 are the ideal calibration standards. Some manufacturers claim that their pH meters require calibration using only pH buffer 7.0. Professional practice however, stipulates using two buffers because this will confirm or otherwise that the correct calibration “slope” is being obtained i.e. that both the electrode and meter are ranging correctly.Supplier source: https://erithhorticulture.com/product/ph-buffer-4-250ml/

    Out of stock

Growth Technology pH Down is a stable solution of 81% phosphoric acid. It is used to lower the pH of your nutrient solution. It is a very concentrated product and a little goes a long way.How To Use pH DownAlways add pH adjustments after you have added all of your nutrients (unless otherwise stated) to your reservoir or watering can, this is because some nutrients and additives can raise or lower the pH.pH Down is a very concentrated liquid and only a small amount is needed to make changes to the pH of the water. As all water is different there is no set amount you need to add. However as a rough guideline we would recommend to test the pH of the water with a meter, before adding any to get a reading then we suggest to start with around 0.25-0.5ml per 10L. Test the pH again to get an indication of the effect it has had and slowly add more until you reach the desired level. pH Down is a very ‘dense’ liquid and needs to be mixed throughly into your water to avoid mis-readings.IMPORTANT – pH Down is an aggressive liquid and can cause skin burns and eye damage. Always take care when handling it and be sure to read the safety advice on the label.Supplier source: https://erithhorticulture.com/product/ph-down-250ml-81-professional/

The safe alternative for adjusting nutrient pHFlairform pH Down is non-corrosive (non HazMat*).  This solves the long-standing safety and handling problems associated with regular pH Down solutions:Organic formulation (500g/L citric acid).Much safer to use than phosphoric or nitric acid and more environmentally friendly.Ideal for mail order and distribution: No special freight, handling or storage requirements.Available in 250ml, 1L, 5L & 20LThe working nutrient pH should be checked at the following times:1. When first made.2. After the addition of top-up water or additives – especially if either is highly alkaline.3. In recirculating systems, pH should be checked on a daily basis because the uptake of water and nutrients causes pH to change.NOTE: It is best to adopt a pH maintenance regime that helps prevent pH from getting too high. If pH is left too high for a long period of time, the resultant precipitate is usually not easily re-dissolved. If your pH tends to continuously rise (the most common trend), then at each adjustment, reduce the pH to about 5.0 using pH Down. This will give you a much larger pH “safety” margin than, for example, 5.8.Supplier source: https://erithhorticulture.com/product/ph-down-1l/

Growth Technology pH Down 30%Having the correct pH level is an important part in maximising the amount of nutrient that can be uptaken by the plant. If the pH is consistently incorrect it can lead plant dificiencies and even slower growth. Generally most indoor plant require a pH between 5.5 to 6.5, but it can be more specific depending on growing medium and method. CautionThis pH down solution is 30%  phosphoric acid.  Always handle pH up and down with care. If any of these liquids come into contact with your hands or skin, wash immediately and never mix the two of them directly together.Supplier source: https://erithhorticulture.com/product/ph-down-1l-30-concentrated/

Always take care when handling it and be sure to read the safety advice on the label.Supplier source: https://erithhorticulture.com/product/ph-down-1l-81-professional/
